multiplier list for the 10m contest.</FONT></DIV>

multipliers for the 10m contest are US States, Canadian Provinces and
Mexican States.</FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT size=2 face=Arial>Where does this need to be added to take
effect?</FONT></DIV>
