<DIV>I had this same issue last month when I went home to the USA for CQWW SSB.  Had V3 with me, but could not get past the 1,2,3 Window.  Searched E-mail my archives, found I had been upgraded to V4 in July.  Downloaded V4, installed 1 hour before Contest.<BR></DIV>
