Well, in Win-Test 3.11 the CTYFILE command doesn't work. This was added
in version 3.21. <br>

Win-Test does not support the TO4X=FS command like CT, but if you select the
up-to-date version of CTY.DAT, CT_WT.DAT, or CT_WT_MOD.DAT, there should be no
problem with TO4X and TO8Z.<br>

In the CALLSIGN field of the data entry window, type CTYFILE and press
[Enter]. Note which country file is being used, and especially note the
"Installed release" date. It should say 2008.10.19 or
later. Chances are it does not. Press the [Download] button to retreive a
new one, and then let it reload your log -- no need to use a web browser or
FTP.<br>
