<div dir="ltr">So are all the FT-1000D users on this list in agreement that if you're using an FT-1000D with Win-Test you <i>must</i> set both RTS and DTR to Handshake? Or is this only true when using 3rd party devices like the <a href="http://k1nu.home.comcast.net/%7Ek1nu/k1nu/Products/control.html">K1NU CAT control cable</a>, and <i>not </i>required when using the original Yaesu <font face="Arial" size="2"> <a href="http://www.universal-radio.com/catalog/commrxvr/0322.html">FIF-232C</a> and CT-62 interface cable? I'd like to get this properly documented in the Wiki in the <a href="http://docs.win-test.com/wiki/Supported_rigs">Supported rigs section</a>.<br>

sooner. I found a post from over 2 years ago describing the same issues and<br>
the answer given is as follows:<br>

I used a FT1000D , my parameters are : 4800 N 2 , you select a port com and<br>
you click on the right button ( parameters port ) , you select 4800<br>
bits/seconds and bits donnees 8 and no parity and 2 bits stop after you<br>
select DTR and RTS you put handshake. The FT1000D does have the EEPROM V6<br>
F4DXW ( TM0HQ 20meters SSB )<br>
