<div dir="ltr">Thank you to the WIN-Test authors and development team, Wintest performed perfectly in this weekend's NAQP CW test.  I used Wintest with a TS-2000 and Microkeyer.<br><br>How does Wintest calculate "time on" ?  Does time spent twirling the dial in search and pounce count?  It seems that the time-on indicated in Wintest was actually less than I  was at the radio.<br>
