It would be nice if $YEAR was recognized in Sweepstakes as a synonym for Check, but it doesn't seem to work.

You could do the following via the "Other CW Messages" window (press Alt-C):

MSG1: $SERIAL
MSG2: A
MSG3: $MYCALL
MSG4: 71
MSG5: $STATE

Then type MESSAGES and enter the following

F1: CQ $MYCALL $MYCALL
F2: $SERIAL $MSG2 $MYCALL $MSG4 $STATE
F3: $SERIAL
F4: $MYCALL
F5: $LOGGEDCALL
F6: NR?
F7: ?
INSERT: $LOGGEDCALL $QSOB4 $GUESSEXCH $F2
PLUS: $CORRECT TU $MYCALL $CR

Suggestion to the Win-Test developers: The "Other CW Messages" sure would be a lot easier to access if $MSG1 to $MSG10 could be sent simply by pressing Alt-1 through Alt-0, instead of having to press Alt-C, F4 immediately followed by Alt-C, F5 if you want to send only your check and section to someone who asks for a repeat.

Note that the DEFINEKEYS command won't let you remap Alt-4 to a two-key combination like Alt-C, F4, so DEFINEKEYS can't help us with this.

73,
Bob, N6TV
