are fully +explained.</DIV>

<DIV>In CW contests, I do not send "QSO B4". and I do work the dupes.
This is generally the preferred thing to do in a CW contest since it keeps from
having to argue with the other station about whether or not the QSO is a
dupe. </DIV>
