Valid Contact: A valid contact consists of a complete, correctly copied and
legibly logged two-way exchange between a North American station and any other
station. </SPAN><BR><BR>So, I think Win-Test 3.14 is working OK for NA
stations. If you are in North America, Win-Test gives you one point for
every non-duplicate QSO. If you are outside of North America, it should
only give you one point for QSOs with North Americans (and KH6), and 0 points
