reflector. For example, Olivier's announcement of v3.14 made at 25 July
16:39Z didn't show up here until 26 July 01:08Z, almost 9 hours

else seeing these strange delays? I wonder if it is happening for
everyone, or just for W-land.<BR><BR>It's annoying because it creates
unnecessary duplicate responses. Maybe if this problem persists we
should think about moving to a web-based discussion group, similar to <A
href="http://Slashdot.org">Slashdot.org</A> (OK, maybe a bad
