are still some things to improved. First and reported bug is that the Automatic
CQ repeat does not cancel when you transmit message (e.g. your call) with SHIFT
to second radio. So you get next CQ in the second radio. The same way Automatic
CQ should cancel when Active Radio is changed. This really makes SSB SO2R
functionality almost useless now.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

someone calling on Radio A and you want to tell QRX or sth else then it is
difficult to figure out what you should press from keyboard to get the MIC to
Radio A again and then back to Radio B to complete QSO...it gets really

second footswitch could be used to change Active Radio and at the same time key
Radio B. So when I have it pressed down the MIC and Paddle and PTT are directed
to second Radio B and I can call a station. When I release footswitch then
Radio A is Active again and I can continue operation. This way I can play with
to footswitches like accelerator and break:) sending MIC to one radio at a time
and have two QSOs at the same time. ZS4TX SCKII has this 2nd footswitch and it
is very handy in SSB contests. I think I will rewire the A/B RCA connector at
EZM that is not used to Pin 14 and Ground on LPT to be able to use this
connector for second footswitch.</FONT></SPAN></DIV>

advanced mode controls this automatically). </DIV>

<DIV>Doing this procedure for 48 hours non stop, because a true SO2R operator is
always checking for calls in radio 2, requires a good sincronazation, and for my
personal taste the shift is the BEST for such an intense use, and save the

drive the focus from radio1 into radio2 and vice-versa, that leaves you with

your foot into the ground, because you always need to use your hands. </DIV>
