<P>OK...I'm a newbie.  Sorry to be asking this basic questiion.</P>

<P>Please refer me to (or send me information) information so I can install whatever program  is required to resolve the DLPORTIO.cyc device driver not loaded ... problem.   I see it in the Win-test directory but but maybe its not running, or it has to be installed elsewhere too.</P>

<P>I'm running Windows XP.</P>
