[WT-support] How do I get Win-Test to recognize the correct ARRL Sections for Field Day?

Mark,

If you eliminate the new section mapping from ARRLSEC.DAT, all QSOs logged
with ????? will appear "as entered" in the Cabrillo file, so no need for
post-contest edit.
