If you have open the DXpedition in MIXED mode, you can change as simple as type SSB or CW, and automatically it will be done.

- ARRL FD, ARRL SS and ARRL 160 : RAC sections updated. ARRLSEC.DAT
   updated as well. Tnx N6TV and KD4D.

- Bugfix : REF DDFM 50 MHz : All French dpts whose number is less than
   10 weren't correctly considered as dpt in the log.

- Bugfix : Interfaces dialog : The COM ports scrolling wasn't working
   when clicking in the Page Up/Down zones of the scroll bar. Tnx F5MZN.
